If there is a manufacturing error on your product you may send the item back to us and we will replace it, in the event we can not replace with exact you will be given the option of a) changing for a different model of the same value or less or b) Getting a store credit for use in your next purchase. c) on some items we may elect to refund your purchase price for a 10% re-stocking fee.
